A practical sequence
A beginner can start with fundamentals or KCNA, then move to CKA or CKAD depending on role. Security-focused practitioners can progress toward CKS after building administrator-level Kubernetes skill.
Don't collect credentials without a role target
The right certification should reduce ambiguity about what to learn next. If two exams overlap with your goals, compare the day-to-day work each one represents rather than choosing purely on perceived prestige.
